Service Description

Consultation is an examination of your ear using video otoscopy to determine if wax is present but also to advise on other conditions of the ear and recommend appropriate treatment. If wax removal treatment is required, then this can usually be carried out in the same appointment so there is no need to make another booking. A £10 consultation fee is only payable if there is no treatment needed and would not be payable in addition if treatment was required.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment is due. Any cancellation or reschedule made without 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of £20.
